This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property applies additional fees for late check-in. Please contact the property in advance in order to organize check-in. Check-in is not possible after 21:00. Please note that an extra charge of EUR 5 applies to arrivals between 20:00 and 21:00. Check-in is not possible after 21:00. Late check-out after set check-out times is available for an extra charge of EUR 20 per extra hour stayed. Please note that pets can be accommodated for an extra charge of EUR 5 per night. No cash payments sould be made only by credit card.
