EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL STAY
Everything was perfect: the reception before the phone at the reservation then the physical reception and the availability of the staff, always listening to our needs.
Very professional it is pleasing to feel that the customer is respected and listened to.
In terms of renovation we can see that the original stamp has been respected the original architecture, a real success.
The room is spacious and very bright period view on park , a haven of peace, very quiet according to our wishes. The bedding is excellent.
The cleanliness and functionality of the accommodation is to be noted with its kitchenette and arrival products for maintenance.
We did not have time to enjoy the cozy bar or the hearty breakfast as we had to go during our 3 night stay to a trade show.
We hope to return soon and why not the time for a thermal cure close to the Residence.

There is much better elsewhere
This is a 3-star hotel but deserves only 2. The whole thing is outdated. The rooms are old, dark and without any decoration. The shower is extremely narrow. On the other hand, the whole is clean.

Si vous cherchiez un établissement entièrement rénové et moderne, il est possible que notre hôtel n’ait pas répondu à ces critères aux vues de son caractère unique. Nos photos, qui reflètent fidèlement l’ambiance de notre bâtiment, montrent clairement son caractère, et il semble que ce style n’ait pas trouvé écho auprès de vous.

Wonderbox
We had a Wonderbox with this establishment as a partner. When management found out we were going to pay with a Wonderbox, they first refused our reservation, then tried to force us to pay for a second night at full rate. I call it false advertising. It is neither professional nor commercial. We alerted Wonderbox and ended up booking (without any problem) another establishment in the box.

The room was remodeled and satisfactory. The bed was a little lumpy and the pillows were very hard. We did not sleep well a single night there. The carpeting on the stairwells and hallways were of wrinkled and of poor quality. Overall, however, the stay was ok for the price and location. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
