Disgusting
The room absolutely stank in n check in. Had to keep windows open through out the day to get rid of the smell.
The condiment tray was not restocked. We were 4 adults in the group and there was just one sachet of coffee for all of us .
Although we did not have breakfast, my card was charged with £43 for breakfast.
Please check your bank statements after a few days so you are not charged extra

It is what it is!
It's not really a hotel but more a self catering apartment and is clean and comfortable if a bit run down.
There is the possibility to be totally self catering and everything works but we opted for the breakfast which was the same every day but was filling and gave several choices.
It did seem odd that when we had booked a package holiday this accomodation was used but I have no complaints and would stay there again if going to Carcassonne.
Loads of car parking and although we didn't get time to use it the pool and sauna looked clean and well kept.

We will pay close attention to the cleanliness of the premises as we will return to it but the apartments are aging. (Apartment 1)
