You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you plan to arrive before 15:30 and after 19:00, please contact the residence in advance. Please note that cleaning and change of towels is planned once a week for stays of 7 nights and more, or can be requested at an extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights. Please note that for nonrefundable reservations, the credit card used to pay in advance for the reservation must be presented at reception upon arrival. 3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability. The parking reservation is guaranteed only when guests receive a confirmation from the property. Please note that for bookings of 3 rooms only, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment. Please note that it is mandatory for the guests to clean the kitchen before check-out. A damage deposit is required on arrival : € 100 for stays of less than 2 nights, and € 200 for stays of 3 nights and more.
