Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Minors must register in the company of one of their parents by presenting the civil birth registry, which allows verifying the degree of relationship in the first degree of consanguinity (father - child) and if it is another person, it must be an adult. This must present written authorization duly authenticated before a notary by one of the parents who appear in the civil birth registry or an equivalent document in the case of foreign minors, attaching an identification document original of the responsible parent.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
