- Check-in with pets. Only dogs are allowed. You must book a dog room. All pets must be registered at the front desk upon check-in. All pets must have been vaccinated and dewormed regularly. Please bring relevant supporting documents- When walking with your pet in the lobby and other public spaces, please use a special pet bag (cage) or pet stroller. Pets are not allowed to dine in the hotel restaurant or enter public areas such as the gym and swimming pool.- Please walk your pet in the dedicated pet activity area and clean up your pet's excrement in a timely manner- If the pet continues to bark or exhibit aggressive behavior, the hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to take the pet away from the hotel- If the room facilities are damaged or special cleaning is required due to the pet, the hotel will charge a corresponding fee based on the specific situation In order to implement the "Suzhou Municipal Household Waste Sorting Management Regulations", the hotel no longer actively provides disposable daily necessities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, bath wipe, razor, nail file, cotton swab (nursing kit), shoe polish, sewing kit, etc.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Opinions on Waste Reduction in Suzhou's Hotel Industry", starting from June 2020, hotel industry venues in the city will no longer actively provide disposable daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, razors, and shoe polishes.
