Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay
We arrived around noon, well before the standard check-in time, feeling exhausted from our early morning flight. We didn’t expect to check in early and were prepared to wait in the lobby until 3 PM. However, to our great surprise, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing an early check-in. We are truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the staff member who assisted us upon arrival—we regret not catching his name, but his hospitality did not go unnoticed!
Thank you, Stanford Hotel, for a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time and will definitely be booking again on our next visit!
