In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. * Foreign guests can check-in only if they have quarantined over 2 weeks prior to their entrance into the country (or if they arrived before March 5th). Te amount of people in the swimming pool is restricted due to Covid-19 government guidelines, guests must request the use of it upon check-in. Please note Boulevard Suites is located on the upper floors of a building (starting on floor 26 and up). LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
