This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please inform Blue Oasis Studio with Full Kitchen and Bath by Den Stays of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests must show their photo ID and credit card after the reservation is made. The property will contact the guest after they book. We will send you instructions on how to verify your identity. Must be done within 24 hours of the reservation being booked.
