In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of BRL 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The owner of the animal must, under penalty of not being able to stay, present a vaccination card at check-in. The absence of a vaccination card will result in non-acceptance of accommodations. Please note that the property allows one pet until 15 kg per unit and an extra charge of BRL 55,00 per night applies. The hotel will request the updated vaccination card.
