Terrible service, infrastructure that meets the needs

Hotel close to the airport, when I made the reservation directly with the hotel I requested to stay on the ground floor because I was traveling with an 83-year-old woman with mobility difficulties, the attendant said not to worry and she would leave a note on the reservation. We arrived at night and all the rooms on the ground floor were occupied, the only receptionist said he couldn't do anything. A guest at reception offered to change rooms, but the receptionist said there was no cleaning lady to clean the room. My mother-in-law had to climb a super steep staircase and I even had to ask the receptionist to take my suitcase. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am, we went at 9am and there was absolutely nothing else, no cutlery, plates, cheese, bread, nothing. I ate a tapioca without filling, I ate it on a saucer and with a spoon because I didn't have forks. All the tables were dirty, there is only one employee to take care of the coffee alone. Absurd. When checking out, I asked the reception for someone to help bring my mother-in-law's suitcase down, the receptionist said that there were no male employees at the hotel so she couldn't help, that she should ask a male guest to help us. Terrible! Absolute lack of empathy. Hotel is service, much more than infrastructure. I do not recommend. Employees need urgent training!

Ótimo lugar, com funcionários agradáveis e educados, infelizmente não tem estacionamento, no entanto a rua é tranquila e eles mantém um segurança na rua no período noturno. Super recomendo, voltarei com certeza!!

NOITE MAL DORMIDA!!!

O Hotel tem uma Arara, acreditem!!!
E ela passa a noite assoviando e cantando, não deixando ninguém dormir direito.
Tive que dormir com a TV ligada, para conseguir pegar no sono.
Absurdo!!!
A acomodação é boa! Mas aquela Arara ninguém merece.
Povo sem noção!!!

Experiência Extraordinária

Lugar super acolhedor, aconchegante, sensação de estar em casa, colaboradores extremamente gentis é educados.
Quarto e banheiro excelente, área de lazer surreal para o tamanho do hotel.
Adorei o café da manhã.
Voltarei com toda certeza.
