Relaxing and fun week

We had a great time staying at the resort over the new year’s week. The pool and beach area kept our teens entertained and the golf cart rental was convenient. They made our flight and transportation arrangements from Belize city to the resort and we had a pre arranged ride back to the San Pedro airport on leaving day. Daily room service was a plus as well as an onsite convenience store.

Beautiful hotel with some exceptions

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are nice and our 4 bedroom unit was great. Dinner at both Aqua and Rain were delicious. However for a hotel of this caliber there are shortcomings. We paid extra for breakfast included. That was a significant charge but should have simplified our breakfast. Instead we find out that if you pay for breakfast included, it is limited to a specific menu and if you order off of the main menu, it is not just an uncharged but rather you pay the full price of the item. Simple things like French toast are not included. I ordered overnight oats one day. It was an additional 12 us to my included breakfast and came as a very small half a cup of oats. It was embarrassing for the hotel. So my recommendation is do not spend on breakfast included.

Great vacation

Very nice resort close to down town . there’s so many restaurants and places to just relax in town. Your Minutes away from The Truck Stop restaurant. The units are large and well taken care of. You have a full kitchen and a store located on the property. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice but drawbacks and needs updating.

Our room was facing the road and carts and trucks start very early in the morning making sleeping past 6am impossible. The curtains are not blackout curtains and we had a 1+ year old with us who was awake at dawn because of it. The unit we stayed in was pretty well equipped but the appliances are old and outdated. The restaurant onsite is mediocre and quite pricey. The pool bar staff was not very attentive and food options are limited and by the time you get your food if you ordered hot, it does not arrive that way but the waiter does not come back to check on you so you are out of luck. Housekeeping was excellent and front desk staff was very accommodating but looking forward to the next leg of our journey to get some sleep. Very surprised at the 5 star rating but until more resorts are built up north here in the caye - it's probably the best you can get. It is not really convenient to much. You do have to travel for restaurants and beaches except for Aji and the Truck stop ( both excellent ). I will say, the view of the ocean is stunning but the beach is not really swimming friendly. The pool could also use some updating. All things considered, it is a decent place to stay but will try the more southern end of the Island next time.

Great spot in San Pedro

Our family of 4 found this to be the perfect spot to stay in San Pedro. Great rooms accommodations, nice restaurants, great location and super nice staff. Not a great beach but pools were nice. Location felt really secure and the daily laundry service was one of the best amenities we’ve experienced anywhere. Would definitely return and recommend.
