Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests planning to arrive after 19:00 are requested to contact the property in advance. A EUR 65 fee applies for guests traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented upon arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. Beds are made prior to arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the dishes and the kitchen prior to departure. Failure to do so may incur a fee. For winter bookings only (December - April) Comfort kit: bathrobes, slippers, pool towel for each guest in the apartment. Relaxation kit: 10 coffee pods (compatible with Nespresso machine) and 10 Joyeux coffee tea bags. Condiment kit (with salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, mustard). Hygiene kit: hygiene products (shower gel, toilet paper) in sufficient quantity in all bathrooms/showers (including a box of tissues). Safe in each apartment. Sweet treat. Still and sparkling water. Surprise for children (candies and a small wooden toy). Mid-stay (Tuesday or Wednesday) towel change. This property will be classified 5 stars as of November 15th 2024.
