Winter Getaway

Cabin was bright and well maintained. Toilets and amenities were clean and tidy.
Little bit out of the main town. No interaction with staff, however checking in was hassle free.
Listed as a resort however not really. Pool and surrounding area unkept.
Should actually be advertised as a Cabin Park.

The filthiest, the shabbiest

The filthiest, the shabbiest, the hardest beds, biggest disappointment. Over 40 degrees on arrival all we needed was the pool....not working, can't get part for repair. Turns out the pool has not be functioning for a very long time, should have at least got a discount, should have stayed somewhere else. Resort is what we needed and that's why we booked. Don't stay here, if you can afford the price these people are charging for squalor then stay elsewhere.

Large uncomfortable bed to hard light show thr curtains all night. Need darkening curtains. No breakfast shown on hotels com

We stay here on our travels Nth and Return. Friendly staff, good stop over: room clean: air con/ tv/ microwave ( needs plates,cutlery etc) outdoor furniture needs update: nice pool, safe and secure location: grounds need attention (untidy) : needs a bit of improvement for $$s charged: will stay again next time

While the shower was hot and the bed was massive, it was like sleeping on concrete. I didn't know mattresses that hard were even made. Not convinced the sheets had been washed since the last occupant as there was clumps of hair in them that were a completely different colour to ours. Was advertised including breakfast but no breakfast was available. Definitely not worth the high price point we were charged. Even had what i assume was a card fee added as what was charged on my card was higher then advertised.
