Please inform Ballina Beach Resort of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a 3% Surcharge applies to Amex and a 2% surcharge applies to all other card types. Payment is debited on the day of arrival. Cash and EFT payment is also available. Please contact the property in advance if you wish to pay by cash or EFT (conditions apply). You must show a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or driver's license) upon check in. This credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Please note that children cannot be accommodated in the King Spa Room.
