Not recommended
We were fooled by the good looking website, but basically this is a small and expensive bed & breakfast in an old building, with a poor version of the commodities mentioned on the website. The rooms are large, but lack basic things, including safety and cleanliness. The pool is small and dirty, and the breakfast is not good. The place pretends to be a fancy hotel, but when you're there you immediately realise that it is not.
During the first night there, we noticed some unpleasant things: the door was old and didn't have a proper lock, the windows let the street light in because they couldn't be covered properly and the room and bathroom weren't clean - we even found a big cockroach on the curtains. We decided that we didn't feel safe and didn't want to stay there any longer. We got up early the next morning and after having to wait 2 hours for the owner, finally told him politely that we wanted to pay one night and leave. He got very angry, called us liars and insisted we paid the four nights we had reservation for, even though we didn't know this beforehand (there was no contract or terms and conditions when we made the reservation). We thought he was nice before, and were not expecting such rude reaction. Long story short, the owners insisted in not letting us get our luggage from the room and called the police. We wasted almost an entire day and had to go to the police station until, with the help from the police officers, the owners finally realised that they could not force us to stay in their hotel or pay the four nights. At 4 pm we finally paid the one night we stayed and left for Holiday Inn.
This was the first time something like this happened to us, and we were shocked at how unprofessional some hotel owners can be. We usually don't make a fuss about things and are happy with simple hotels, but this was extreme. If even after this review you are considering this hotel, I suggest booking one night only and seeing for yourselves first.

PESIMA ATENCIÓN TELEFÓNICA, ME TERMINÓÑO CORTANDO
Pregunté el precio de la habitación y dije que la quería, luego de haber leído comentarios en lugares como Tripadvisor y ver que eran aceptables las instalaciones.
Al llamar me atendió un hombre con acento extranjero, no logro darme cuenta si es venezolano o colombiano, pero tenía un acento de afuera. Al decirle que quería reservar me preguntó si había visto las instalaciones por instagram porque mucha gente va y luego al llegar se quejan y que como sólo están trabajando con 5 habitaciones de las 12 que tienen quiere asegurarse de que las conozca. A lo que le respondí que las había visto publicadas en varios lugares y que quería hacer la reserva, pero mi única duda que me gustaría que me aclare es si tenían aire acondicionado las habitaciones.
Sinceramente nose qué parte de la pregunta lo ofendió pero me trató muy mal por hacer esa pregunta. Me dijo que no le podía preguntar eso, que por protocolo todas las habitaciones tienen que tener aire acondicionado (que alguien me explique porqué yo tengo que saber eso) y que era evidente que debía ir a un hotel de "pueblo" donde pudiese preguntar esas cosas. Que vaya al Hotel "Los Silos" si iba a preguntar eso.
Vuelvo a aclarar que llamaba para reservar la habitación, ya lo había decidido y me mandó a otro hotel porque según él no puedo hacerle preguntas de ese estilo. Le pregunté el nombre y me cortó el teléfono.
Realmente me trataron tan mal que no podía dejarlo pasar. Un verdadero desastre. Imaginate que si llamando por teléfono te tratan así la atención dentro lo que debe ser. Una verdadera pena.
Soy de Santa Fe y vuelvo a festejar año nuevo con mi familia. La imagen de ciudad "cordial" con este señor la verdad deja mucho que desear. Una verguenza.

NO ERA LO ESPERADO
El hotel es muy especial, puesto con gusto, pero lo notamos abandonado. Bastante sucio, un blackout no bajaba y en las puertas solo había cortinado que traspasaba la luz del día. El lugar para ducharse no podía ser más chico, se salpicaba todo y salía no demasiada agua. Un frasco de shampu y de crema enjuague usado por quien sabe quien.
El desayuno genial en cuanto que no había horario, muy sencillo pero para nosotros era suficiente. Las dos ultimas mañanas no había más que un poco de pan tostado, ya no estaban ni las dos medialunas!
Bueno, en definitiva los lugares eran amplios pero no volvería!!!!!
