Best overall hotel in Hanoi!!!
The crew at this hotel is exceptional. So helpful, attending to our needs immediately, kind and super sweet! The actual hotel is situated so central yet in a very quiet part of the city. Everything super clean. When back to Hanoi I am definitely getting back to this hotel!
Btw book everything with them. Tours flights your whole itinerary while here. They will not let you down. They ll get you the best deals and you won’t regret a second!!!

Didnt get what they offered
We booked a Deluxe room (25 sqm) for 2 nights in december 2024 at hanoi prime center hotel also known as hanoi prime garden hotel and spa, but leave the hotel short after checkin. Cancellation policy of hotel said that they charge 65% of rate when cancel at checkin-date, but they refuse to pay anything back. For payment with credit-card they had an additional surcharge of 4%.
Reason why we not stayed is simple: we saw pictures of hotel, read a lot of good recommendations and liked 3star rating. But everything didnt face the reality. The so called Deluxe room was a small(less than 20sqm), old and dark room which need urgent renovation. Door lock not worked. Bathroom consists only of some glasses seperated from room. Pictures of dining room was fake - they didnt have a dining room. This place has absolutely nothing similiar with the nice pictures in their official offering. The staircase was blocked with old furniture and matress and i didnt want to know what happens in emergency case, when you cant use the elevator. The city view was a look to the next wall from building 2 meter next to hotel. So as a result: wouldnt recommend this old hotel with the glamourous fake pictures.

Hotel stay in hanoi
Terrible room, and very depressing view.
And nothing like the photos. There is no garden or spa at the hotel, and we had a poor experience arriving early hours, did not feel welcome at all, or reassured that we had a room booked and we were told to come back later.
Room facilities are poor, shower constantly cold, tiny bedroom, hairdryer didn't work etc
Cleaning trolly outside our room 24/7 and cleaner forgot to clean our room.
Positives- daystaff very friendy and will try to sort out any issue and bed was comfy.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is very good. It is close to all the touristic places in Hanoi. It is within walking distance to all of them. The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped with all the issues. (taxi, restaurant recommendations, places to visit and tours)

One of the reception ( speak english) when we arrive at hotel we request one room early check in and we are welling to pay additional charge, after that we told this lady, we are not sleep tonight because tonight we go sapa that why we use only this two room for shower . After discussion she agree to give one room early check in without charge because we are not sleep tonight ,we reserved two rooms , second room she will give 11AM as per conversation. After that we take the shower and we go sideseeing for Hanoi area, we asked reception 2nd rooms what time can we get ,for this time her conversation is totally different for first conversation. She gave this one room early check in That why she cannot give second rooms for my booking. They gave one rooms and they take my money for two rooms charge. we asked her why you didnot tell me before we agree the early checkin, she is lied the what she say befor her conversation infornt of his manager and we donot want to argue that why we left the hotel and after side seeing finished we came back in hotel . This time this lady told me aoplogize for this morning case because of her manager is infornt of her that why she canot give complimentary early checkin. Why she give early checkin without approval and we take the shower her conversation was change because of manager, very bad experience and this hotel took our second one room charge didnot provide room.
