Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and updated facility, well maintained. I only have one complaint, no microwave in the room. We wanted to heat up leftover food and had to eat it cold. I thought a microwave was pretty standard, but maybe they are fading out of hotels.

BE WARNED!!!! I booked a hotel room (presidential suite) for two nights thru Expedia-500.00 for 2 nights! Didn’t purchase water pass tickets right away as I didn’t know how many of my grandkids would be able to come swim during the day. Once I knew how many water pass tickets I needed I purchased day passes for them-they were not spending the night as they live 5 minutes from hotel. Apparently you have to have a red wristband if u are staying at hotel-which meant anytime I wanted to go to my room ANNA would hassle me to death! TRENT at the front desk was rude/snotty. My husband and I ended up checkout at 9 PM as we were so irritated-not to mention a dog 2 rooms down was barking and barking-DO NOT STAY HERE!
