ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The team at this Fairfield Inn by Marriott really stepped up to make certain our one-night stay was perfect. Too many little things to comment on, but everyone on duty went completely out of their way to make us comfortable and feel special. This is now our home on trips to the Norfolk area. If you want an inn that appreciates the customer, this is your place !

The property is in a prime location: Costco, IKEA, premium outlets, Starbucks a quick 2-min walk, dining options. Complementary breakfast just enough (coffee, eggs, pastries, hot/cold cereal), vending options. The property is clean, the surrounding area seemed safe, well-lit & maintained. Spacious room with microwave & frig, coffee maker. Now to the bed, throughout my stay, all thoughts were on "how soon can I get back in bed?" Thanks, Fairfield M. for the experience.

Loved that the property had a shuttle service
My room was clean but had a few area of wall damage. The front desk service was amazing I wish I knew their names. I would stay again

Check in was great, the lady at the check out was rude, unpleasant and seemed to be put out by having to tell me what time the shuttle would arrive.

Perfect Place to Stay

Love this hotel! It is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Chet and Leanne checked us in. What a great experience.
Lara was working breakfast. She went out of her way to assist me. The breakfast is definitely a step above the typical Marriott fare.
Melisa, the general manager, checked us out and sent us in our way with a cheery goodbye.
We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!
