Wi-Fi was strong parking was close so that was good, staff was very nice and helpful and we had a lovely day

Bugs in the Bathroom

We were happy with the room until we saw bugs in the bathroom. Behind the toilet, under open sink, in the shower. I tried to kill them, they were fast, not sure if roaches but they were all skinny with long antennas and fast. Sprayed them with my room spray, I always bring with me, slowed them down, then got them with tissue to toilet.
Screamed aloud when thought one was dead in one tissue in my hand, then he jumped to the floor. I then called the front desk, they said they would spray when we went out for the day.
I left a dead one and but an arrow with a note pointing to it. Only saw in the bathroom, but who knows, carpet is dark colored. Let me looking around all the time, not a good relaxing feeling. Believe me, NOT staying there again Ever!
Try another cleaner and bug less hotel!

The front desk clerk was friendly and informative. The only issue that I have is the that once we entered the room and sat down to eat a roach came out and went across the table which made the stay less inviting for the family.

We spent one night and everything was fine except for the loud AC unit. The hotel towels were a little stiff. The breakfast was acceptable although the pancake maker was broken.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, check in was quick, the breakfast was pretty good, and it wasn’t to expensive.
