Awesome stay. Hotel is gorgeous. Only complaint was we stayed on 4th floor and the room above at 3am decided to what sounded like workout and throw weights around for about 1.5 hrs. Called front desk but it continued for 30 more mins. Husband thought maybe kids but upon checking out, the front desk said no kids are allowed on the 5th floor. I dont know what happened needless to say we were exhausted the next day for my daughters volleyball tournament

Poor customer service

We found this property through the Amex Travel website and since it is a new property decided to give it a try. Our drive to the Poconos was almost 6 hours, arrived at 3:50pm and the lobby had only one person checking in hurts, the line was to the front door. Finally we were next in line and our guest room was not ready. We were told by the unwelcoming and abrasive manager (Michelle) that she will text me when our guest room is ready, she did not explain any amenities of the property, did not make us feel welcomed when I asked for a feather free room due to allergies, nor apologized for not having our guest room ready. It is Saturday morning and I am still waiting for her to text me to let me know the status of my guest room and whether or not if the guest room is feather free. The valet parking gentleman saw us sitting at the lobby and I couldn’t believe that we were still waiting and took it upon him to ask the receptionist for our room key. He kindly brought our bags to that were at stored in closet to the guest room.
Property is newer and it is nice. Not exceptional. Lines odor is very unpleasant and same with the bath towels. The cleaning chemicals they use are very strong. The guest room was not properly cleaned and does not smell fresh. By the look on the linens it looks very poorly cleaned. We will figure out if they have breakfast at the property but most likely will check out early today. We will take our business somewhere where it is appreciated and hotel managers care for travelers business.

The Swiftwater was absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best hotels I've been to! Staff is top notch, room was immaculate, hotel overall was beautiful, above and beyond with their presentation. Highly recommend this hotel if your planning on traveling to the Pocanos. 5 mins away from the outlets and kalahari. Just wish they had more than one location.

The hotel is a new hotel. Some of my family had came up for a birthday party for my grandson the hotel is close to everything. It is such a beautiful, clean hotel and elegant was very happy with my stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel find in the Poconos. New hotel open less than 1 year. Very nice rooms and great location. Has a restaurant and bar on-site with great food and service. Bartender Chris was excellent. Fitness center was nice.
