unit was very clean. only problem was we couldnt get the patio door open and no hand soap or klenex in bathroom. Breakfast was very sparse-only waffles and toast, no cereal or sweet rolls .

Didnt want to give it any stars

I wouldnt even give this establishment 1 star but was only way to post. We had to go upstairs 2nd floor and walk quite a ways to our room. No elevator No door or parking area to enter our building that was close. The carpet in the room has stains all over it, the bathroom door hinges were so rusted could barely get the door to close. We had a beebin the room, a small beehive on the patio door frame. The bed was impressioned in the middle so for 2 of us to sleep in it we kept getting rolled into this big dip impression. Cobwebs on the ceiling and the sofa couch was so gross I didnt dare even to sit on it. The cushions had holes, the curtains over the patio were stained again beyondbgross. You got 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 2 body towels that I wouldnt even dry a dog with. No tissues and a very very small packet of shampoo. Disgusting. Didnt dare to even eat a breakfast here.

The property has a nice courtyard despite the exterior having a view of a freeway intersection. We booked a room with a pull out sofa as there were two of us. We did not find any bedding for the sofa so asked for sheets and a pillow. We were given sheets but told it was not possible to source a pillow. After leaving, we found a surprise charge for the sheets on our credit card. Why would a hotel advertise a room with a pullout couch if it didn’t provide the necessary bedding for it? We’re we expected to sleep directly on the couch cushions with stains of unknown origin? There was also no soap provided in the washroom.

I did not like my stay at all the cleaning was not good. I had no soap provided , barely clean towels. The furniture were old, tarnished and chipped.
