The reservation I made for a room containing two queen beds was inadvertently reassigned. As a result, the only accommodation offered was a king bed, which is inadequate for our party of three. During this interaction, the staff clarified that guests who book through Hotel.com are given secondary preference for room assignments. Had I made the reservation directly through JW, the room would have been guaranteed.

All the staff that we encountered were very helpful and knowledgeable. I used the Marriot Bonvoy app and the phone to call if we had a question or request.

Stayed for a cheer competition and it is so convenient to the convention center. We love the hotel restaurant High Velocity too.

Room was not clean at all and the hotel would not move rooms! Pillows were filthy, bedding looked like blood stains! Spoke with management and they refused a refund. I wouldn’t spend my money here at all
