I stayed here for business truck broke down. I was supposed to be out of here this morning but mechanic didn’t finish up. The hotel staff work really well with me to accommodate my needs

The bed is almost as hard as the floor . Hardest bed ive ever slept on . Considered sleeping on the sofa bed and everyone knows how awful those are

The hotel was outdated, however, our room was clean, breakfast was good, service was wonderful and we felt safe.

Rude

Very rude staff. Three of us were simply sitting on the lobby couch having a conversation at 7pm. We were told to move and be “quieter”. I understand being respectful to other hotel guests but we were NOT being loud by any means. They run this hotel like a morgue and lost and an entire team of 12 families who would have been repeat customers. It’s a shame because it was a clean hotel and was easy to get to.

We had sports team 25-30 guest drinking in the lobby and kids running around at 10.30 pm . It was late , loud for our other guest , so we asked respectfully to acknowledge our QUITE TIME . We apologize if it sounded rude.

A comfortable, clean hotel near major highways - beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, price was fair.
