Review for Characters, Double tree

It was a great experience like always. River and Jessica have been working there for years and I see them each time when I go on a business trip. I love their Honeybee old fashions and pizzas. Good people, great food and awesome Denver relaxed setting. See you next time!

Margaret O. Was super helpful and kind with getting me a room change. She gave me a room with a better view so I could truly enjoy my stay. The facilities were very clean and the gym and pool were fantastic. Short walk to a lot of great places. Highly recommend.

The Best In 28 Years Of International Airline Hilton Hotel Stays!

I’ve been flying for my airline more than 28 years, and Margaret is the best Diamond Member Guest Services professional I’ve ever met! She was immediately engaging, and efficient. Within two minutes, she had already upgraded me and searched for every conceivable benefit that I might have as a diamond member and as a working crew member.If I could give her more than a perfect Five Stars Rating, I would. Give her a promotion and a raise!

Wonderful Front Desk Staff

Thanks a bunch, Double Tree by Hilton Denver! I had an amazing stay again. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Symphony was especially great - she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Symphony welcomed me as a returning guest and knew who I was right away - she was so welcoming and it brought a smile to my face right away! The rooms are always nice and clean, but the front desk staff really make this place special. Also, the breakfast are great and the staff are so nice.

Fun and adventurous!

Super comfy room with up to date smart tvs! Cable at the front desk was warm and amicable with getting me extended for my stay! I would definitely recommend this place to families or a group girlies! Overall I would definitely stay here again!
