Never disappoints. From check in to check out, personable, professional desk attendants. The room itself was ideal for our one day overnight stay. Comfortable beds, nice TV, roomy bathroom, and good office space was appreciated. Kitchenette had everything we needed, but dishware would have made it all complete. No complaints because we felt at home and sooo important, everything was spotless and so clean. Breakfast too. Can't beat it for a slightly upscale hotel without breaking the bank. Great experience.

It was a nice hotel. The bathroom floor and tub had hair in it so that was the only concern but I didn’t notice it until I was already settled in and didn’t want to switch rooms.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Helped me with my room to accommodate my elderly father. Who has mobility issues. The accessibility room had great bathroom accommodations for him. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay there again. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and accommodating.

When we first checked in and got to our room, it was hot and stuffy. We went to turn on the AC only to find that it was broken and nearly ripped off the wall. We called the front desk and they said we were SOL and they couldn't help us. So my husband went down to the lobby in person. Now all of the sudden they could help us. We get to our second room and the AC works, sort of, but it is better than nothing. Now our TV doesn't work though. It was late, and they told us no maintenance was on site, so we dealt with it. Beds were hard as rocks and both were so slanted that we each had to put a pillow on one side of us so we wouldn't roll off the bed at night. Fridge was also barely cold. Overall the rooms and beds are run down, little to no service in regards to maintenance, and they'll move you, but you have to go see them face to face when I tried to ask for help politely via phone call. Overall, skip this hotel and save yourself the headache.
