The service from the moment we stepped out of the car until after we checked-out was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional, accommodated every request we made.
The pool was the most beautiful pool and pool room I have seen anywhere!

Just needs Lounge and would be perfection!

This hotel is perfectly located for shopping and eating! The staff was friendly and professional. Special mention to Ryan at the front desk.
Due to Ambassador status, we received upgrade to a newly-renovated, gorgeous suite with two bathrooms - best perk ever! Drink vouchers ALMOST made up for lack of executive lounge. Please, please consider adding a lounge.
There is a Starbucks in lobby if you need mobile ordering, but would recommend you walk a couple blocks to the Roastery for some really unique drinkies.

A Luxurious Stay

The lobby's grand staircase and marble floors instantly transported us to a bygone era, blending history with modern luxury. The views from the 32nd-floor Tower Lounge were breathtaking, making for a perfect evening unwind. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Michael Jordan's Steak House, where the service was impeccable. However, we found the check-in process a bit slow. Overall, a memorable stay that we would happily repeat!

Did not receive the package we booked

Customer service needs improvement. We booked the American Girl package to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday. We did not receive the package and then after calling the front desk 2 times I was informed they actually didn't have any of the items included in the package on hand. We specifically booked this hotel for the package to make the day extra special so this was disappointing. They were apologetic and understanding just beware if you book a package such as American Girl. We also never received turn down service, no clean towels etc.
The room and hotel itself was nice and updated and worked well for our weekend stay.
