Lovely Property & Staff

I love this hotel! I've probably stayed here 20+ times in the past couple years and I have never had a bad experience. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and just overall very comfortable. All the staff I've talked to are friendly and helpful; I have always felt taken care of and appreciated. If you check-in and talk to someone named Eloys, you're in good hands. He is the person I have interacted with the most and he has always worked with me when I am arriving late or early to make sure I feel prioritized. Additionally, I like the neighborhood better than downtown Austin and I have never had a problem finding street parking.

Just ok. Stay for a night to play in the neighborhood but no more than that

Meh. Good bed and cool decor, nice soaps. No housekeeping. Ok for a one-night stay but not for several. Was informed after first night that housekeeping is “every three days” unless requested, so I requested it for our second day but no housekeeping ever cleaned or made the bed. Dirty glasses, trash full etc. I understand cutting back and some guests may prefer to be left alone, but it should be disclosed at check in what to expect. I feel the price didn’t reflect the minimal service and amenities.
Funnily enough though, there’s a tip envelope for housekeeping…SMH. Also noisy at night from surrounding neighborhood; although that didn’t bug us, others may be unhappy with the party noise.

Overall great experience

I stayed overnight for a work meeting. The location is close to a lot of places to eat and things to do. The beds were VERY comfortable. The sheets and blankets were thick and comfortable too. I really enjoyed the sound machine next to the bed and the little table in the room. I ended up sitting at the table to work. The sound machine was great because the location can be very loud, especially on the weekend. Room and hotel had a moody vibe that I really enjoyed. Would be great for a couples retreat or getaway to Austin. Not really a kid friendly hotel.
Con= Parking was a bummer as it was valet only and an additional $42. No amenities at the hotel. No pool, hot tub or exercise area.

Great place and surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. The only thing is... if you are staying on the 2nd floor by the corner room. be prepared to have loud music around midnight to 2am from Lefty's brick bar that is attached to the hotel. Got woken up both night while we were there but overall experience is still great.

Great stay

We had a wonderful experience at Arrive Austin, and a big part of that was thanks to Sharon at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was kind, professional, and accommodating, going out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable.
