The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property. The outdoor fireplace can be used but there is a charge of £15 to clean the fireplace and £15 per bag of logs used. Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure? Please keep in mind that standard check-in is from 15:00pm to 17.30pm and check out is until 11:00am. If you have not stayed at the property before, our company policy is a meet and greet service to take identification on arrival. If you are unable to arrive between 15:00pm - 17.30pm we have an out of hours charge to cover the over heads of staff and travel. A check in from 17.30pm - 20.00pm is £35.00 and a check in from 20:00pm - 22:00pm is £55.00. We do not offer a check in later than 22:00 hours.
