Excellent customer service

Having 2 nights stay, I would like to congratulate the reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams,.. They were absolutely first class, and the customer service excellent... Reception allways there to help us with directions, and getting us a taxi, the housekeeping in our room was most excellent, with comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and great hospitality tray,.. And breakfast was delicious, lots on offer, and the lovely lady and gentlemen who served us both mornings, we're an absolute credit to the hotel.. We will definitely stay again.

Great traditional little hotel

Chose this hotel for its location close to our event venue but were very pleased. Rooms a reasonable size and practical layout with good bathrooms and excellent bed linen. Only negative was some daytime noise from ongoing maintenance works, though it was very quiet at night. Breakfast is an extensive continental selection with a small number of hot dishes (Spanish tortilla, hash browns, chorizo & cheese croquettes).All very good quality and a nice change from a standard bacon & eggs. Hot drinks & toast served to the table so no queuing for coffee machines & toasters. Reflects the ethos of the hotel which is good friendly service. Special thanks to reception for arranging a mini fridge to store medication which required chilling. And we enjoyed the comfortable bar/lounge area for drinks after returning from dinner at local restaurants in Fitzrovia & Soho - all easily accessible on foot

A true gem in Central London/Soho adjacent

Excellent hotel with really the most helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Room are comfortable, clean and in great condition. Rates are reasonable in general compared to other nearby top hotels. Location can’t be beat around the corner from the lovely Charlotte Street brimming with restaurants, shops and cafes and a short stroll to Soho and the Tottenham Court Rd tube station where the Elizabeth Line brings you to Heathrow Airport in a half hour. Highly recommend!

Great stay !!!

I recently stayed at the Rathbone Hotel Fitzrovia and had a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly stood out and enhanced my stay.
Additionally, the quality of the bedding was exceptional. I had the best nights of sleep in a long time, thanks to the comfortable mattress and luxurious linens.
I will definitely be back soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Fitzrovia!

Rathbone hotel

This is a very belated review of the lovely Rathbone hotel. Last July, we stayed there for the third time. Based on our previous stays we had great expectations. I’m very happy to say they were all met - everything from the friendly and welcoming staff, the lovely breakfast and comfy rooms with AC. All in all, a great hotel at a great location. We will surely be back.
