WHAT a find - we are looking for an excuse to return
From the moment we first contacted everything was fantastic. Yolanda answered the phone and immediately gave a great impression. We discussed our needs and had such confidence that we would be looked after well we booked. As it was my Wife's special birthday we booked a junior suite and Yolanda select one that turned out to be perfect.
Some reviews on some sites say that this place is a little tired but they have refurbished recently and it is now of a high standard.
The suite was a good size with a wonderfully large bathroom with a large shower and a BIG bath.
ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful, which is a rarity anywhere these days nevermind in London (where we have had a lot of less than mediocre service).
People report that the breakfast is good... It is.
The fact that we had free parking, a great bed and breakfast deal, a brilliant room, two complimentary drinks, good tea and coffee in the room (with a mini fridge), one of the nicest rooms we have had in years and wonderful staff all for LESS than the P Inn we were planning to use still amazes me.
Thank Yolanda and the Team - we WILL be back to be looked after again.
