Wonderful, attentive staff. The room was lovely. The Coral Room bar was beautifully designed and very happening! The cocktail menu was a piece of art!

The hotel is gorgeous. The most basic room is quite small with little space to walk around the double bed. Also, the front of the hotel is set back from the street. When walking back alone at night, you can feel quite isolated approaching the main entrance from the street. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

The Bloomsbury is absolutely beautiful. London grace and luxury without being stuffy. The bed was a bit soft for our taste though, but the turndown service etc. is wonderful.

Beautifully decorated hotels.
The 'cosy' rooms are quite dark and small so please reset your expectations. Nevertheless, the common area eg reception and bars were a highlight - luxurious yet cosy and the small touches eg mulled wine, jazz nights made up for the small rooms. The quality of the breakfast could be better, but I guess acceptable for London standard.

In the main really great service from all team, nice facilities and good location for Soho. When we arrived there was a delay in our room being ready but we were given vouchers for cocktails while we waited. Breakfast was pretty average.
