Great weekend at H10 London Waterloo
The positives:
- welcoming staff (they did not speak French at all)
- the top bedding, rather soft beds
Nickel cleaning, done every day
- very complete breakfast: as sweet as savory, on the other hand the fruits are not in season (melon, strawberry etc, so it lacked taste).
- ideal location (12 min from Waterloo station and 20 min from Big Ben and Westminster on foot, many transports nearby)
- Rooftop: beautiful, perfect, well maintained, open the last weekend of February.
- Free luggage storage
The negatives:
- Noisy at night, you can hear the street and its night noises (sirens, traffic, suitcases etc)
- High prices for bar
In the bedroom:
- possibility to plug the phone into a USB socket
- Large and small towel for all occupants
- shower kit, teeth, shaving, shower products
