Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here.
My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't connected to the internet, do I couldn't use any of the apps.

Great value for location with all the main attractions at your doorstep or a short walk away. The apartment is very spacious and I was delighted to find a proper king size bed. No problem with street noise; there was some from upstairs but not enough to really bother us. We were able to unload at the door and had no trouble getting a park at the small but closest NCP Baldwin St car park.

The apartment was clean and well furnished with ample wardrobe space and a very comfortable bed. Good shower and quality towels and environmentally friendly toilet paper. Heated towel rail could use a thermostat/timer as hot round the clock.
The area is in the midst of a very lively night life culture, and we slept with the window open. The street noise doesn't abate until the wee small hours, but the company have provided an ambient sounds device so we were easily lulled to sleep by the sound of lapping waves, so much so that when the seagulls started squawking at 4am it didnt seem uncongruent. This is our second Saco stay (after Cardiff) and I am happy to recommend the company and the accomodation.

Easy check-in process, good location. Very useful having a small kitchen in the property. Only downside is that we were staying for a week, noting that the property is not serviced everyday, and the coffee/teas/toilet paper ran out very quickly.
