Amazing Breakfasts

Great location, easy walking distance to all the great sites of old town Istanbul. Amazing breakfast in the morning! Really enjoyed all the choices: cereal, breads, pastries, fruit, olives, honeycomb, and they will make about anything for you. Thank you for a great stay

Rooms are very small people working there is rude !
And also if you want to get taxi to airport , do not ask reception they put there commission on top , so they try to make money from you !!
Definitely don’t recommend this hotel
There is much better hotel and cheaper !

Great choice for your stay in Old Town Istanbul. Very accessible to Tram as well as all the touristic sights.
The available breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices. The on-site bar is a good after a long day of site seeing.
The staff is beyond helpful. It is easy to feel like part of the family very quickly.

Bit too expensive and poor service for 5 Stars. Kind of ruined our Istanbul experience.

The hotel is centrally located, and all major tourist sites are easily accessible within walking distance. Although the hotel appeared fine when we checked in, our experience was not great. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed disinterested in hosting us, which felt rude. It was clear that there was a difference in service provided to Europeans (if I may say, white guests) versus others (dark-colored guests)—something my daughter also noticed.
Each of our requests or queries took 4-5 attempts to be addressed, even for something as simple as asking for water bottles. We had two rooms, and one had a dark corner. We requested a lamp but never received it, so we had to move one from our other room. We were literally placed on the lower ground floor with no natural light whatsoever.
The breakfast experience was unpleasant as we are vegetarians and the food was not marked. On one occasion, we found meat in our salad.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I also recommend checking other hotels before selecting this one based on its star ratings. It's definitely not a 5-star hotel—maybe a 3-star. It's too expensive and offers poor service for 5 stars. This kind of ruined our Istanbul experience. Sorry!!!

Nice Hotel - Good location

We stayed here for our first visit to Istanbul.
We certainly weren’t disappointed. Great price, decent facilities, good breakfast choices & great location for exploring the historic old parts of the city.
Walkable to all major historic sites.
Good shower, friendly staff & lots of good restaurants near by.
We booked a traditional Turkish bath / massage & I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting.
There is a great restaurant directly opposite the hotel (can’t remember what it is called). The local food was very good indeed.
The “new” town Taksim is definitely worth spending some time in (& despite enjoying this hotel / location, maybe worth considering to stay in).
