The hotel has 3 swimming pools: an outdoor pool for all guests, a pool in the spa, 1 (+16) and a pool in The Level area (only for The Level +16 guests). This insurance is designed to protect guests during the stay and covers medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and more. The insurance must be purchased online before arrival, and it is available at a cost of USD 44 per person.
