pleasant residential complex - plenty of space at a very fair price

The 12-storey apartment building is located in a pure residential area, various multi-storey, slightly set back to the wide main street, a little greenery with palm trees and benches in front.
The small reception is staffed 24 hours a day, the staff all very friendly and helpful. Small things like chips and drinks can be bought. The apartments are cleaned every third day.
We lived in an apartment with a bedroom and spacious living room with a small, adequately equipped kitchenette.
In addition to the dining table, the living room is furnished with a couch, an armchair and small side tables, in the TV there are 2 German channels.
The bedroom is small, completely blackable, the beds good and comfortable. There is a closet in the passage to the bathroom, which is of very good size, pleasantly bright and with plenty of storage space at the washbasin. Shower is in the bathtub, with glass partition, and fine.
The entire equipment is no longer too new, traces of wear and tear and one or the other damaged area can be found. However, everything is well maintained and picobello clean.
The air conditioning is combined for living room and bedroom, so not individually controlled. But very pleasantly quiet and good. The windows can be opened.
Compared to 16sqm chambers in a downtown location, this residential complex offers excellent value for money.
The biggest drawback of the apartment is the undeniable clairvoyance, speeches from the neighboring apartment, chair backs and trampling from above and also animated conversations in front of the building are unfortunately not to be ignored.

Location
You have a good 2 km walk to the old town.
The nearest metro stations "Turia" or "Nou d'Octubre" are each about a kilometer away on foot, you walk already about 15 minutes, which is fine as a walk along the Jardín del Turia. Closer to the complex there are bus stops, with the No. 95 e.g. you come directly to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències (travel time 40 minutes) and continue to the beach at El Cabanyal.
Taxi to the nearby airport currently costs about 18-20 euros.
A huge Carrefour shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away.

Breakfast
The breakfast offered in the complex is not bad, but quite monotonous.
Salami, chorizo and sliced cheese from the bulk, ham, scrambled eggs. There are baguettes, toast and a dark but very fluffy and soft bread, a larger selection of sticky sweet pastries and jams. Grated tomato, fruit selection apples, pears, kiwi.

The site is very good, the rooms are large and tidy, the bathroom is very good, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very small and does not have many options.

Second time in these top apartments!!

It's our second time booking at this place, and we would definitely come back.
The apartments are spotless, with everything you need, and the attention is first class.
comfortable and well-heated beds.
They are always well disposed to serve the customer.
It has a small kiosk on the ground floor, where you will enter from all kinds of drinks and snacks, to those things you may need such as deodorants, toiletries and so on. (it is fabulous not to have to run out in search of an open shop, plus you have it available 24 hours)
Very well located, with place to leave the car nearby. Ubers and/or taxis reach the entrance comfortably by private street.

Apartment.

It has been a good apartment, has good ventilation, enough space and good view of the windows. Hot water, comfortable beds. On the other hand breakfast is very good, there is a lot of variety of things. The wifi goes well, even though sometimes it goes a little slow.

Such helpful, accomodating staff.

Our second visit to these apartments and we felt so well looked after. We had two requests in advance. Can we book in early and can we have a bathtub? They fulfilled both. We do realise we were lucky with the early check in, but it was a godsend after a red eye flight into the city. We had a very pleasant one room apartment, between the lifts (we were initially a little worried it might be noisy, but didn't hear a thing from them). The place was clean, the bed very comfortable and hot water plentiful - though be aware it takes a while to warm up. The staff on reception couldn't be more helpful. The one minor criticism is there is no safe in the room.
