Please inform Apartamentos Alday of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that on 25 December, 1 and 6 January, the pool, reception and wellness center will remain closed. Please note that the Gym is open and free of charges. Please note that the Spa is open for children from 4 to 12 years old from 09:00 until 18:00 daily. The spa costs €10 per person per stay Please note that the outdoor pool is open from 21st June to September. Please note that on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, the reception, spa and gym will close at 15:00. We admit a pet with a maximum weight of 25 kg per apartment and always on request.
