Good budget option

Stayed here after collecting a rental car in Bilbao airport - less than a 30 minute drive.
Good budget option. Clean room and bar/restaurant downstairs. There is a town close by that you can walk to, but when we walked in, in the evening none of the bars were serving food. Would stay here again

Bad, dirty, old, expensive, old-fashioned.

Dirty, old man, bugs on the dining table. Inedible dinner. Room, wardrobe door fell, no handle, broken floor, silicone black shower , but black. Views to the back where it was full of untidy old junk. General, I don't recommend you even worse as an enemy. And very expensive, 95 euros for one night. It's to report them. Greetings

bad and expensive

It's no longer cheap, the quality-price ratio is terrible, they don't know how to cook terrible dinner, of dubious quality, the hard beds with pointy springs, fakir beds, the breakfast if you don't come down early around 6:30 in the morning they won't let you Nothing, no croissant, no sausage and they don't replace it.

Food in the restaurant.

Go ahead, they are very friendly and were very attentive. But unfortunately I would not repeat it nor can I recommend it. We ordered a Menu of 30 per person. It consisted of duck mouse (good), mushrooms with ham (bland) and grilled prawns (good texture but difficult to peel). Then entrecôte and steak. The meat is tough, especially the churrasco. (They had the courtesy to ask us if we wanted to change it for something else, which was very appreciated) which we did not do. The desserts without more.

Do not expect much and you won’t be dissapoined

Stayed here with a friend for one night which was one night too many
Do not make the mistake of thinking because it has Hotel above the door that is the standard of service you will receive
If you think of it as a poor Hostel then you will be satisfied
The whole place is in need of moderation and money spent on it
Initial contact with staff was unhelpful and there was no dinner menu although we were given a meal that was alright
Breakfast was better than expected and the one member of staff was at least friendly and helpful
If you want to stay in accommodation that looks like it was last decorated in the 70s with mould on the bath, broken toilet seat, light switch held together with tape and a number of blown bulbs then look no further
