The staff are all excellent. Couldn't fault them at all.
Rooms really were sound proofed, so important to us.

Hotel location is amazing. Terrace bar on level 7 with views of the Guggenheim was wonderful! Going up to the bar and getting some drinks and snacks was really lovely and the staff at the bar, reception and everywhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed the stay! Close to great restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try your best to follow a more Spanish time for lunch and dinner to feel the atmosphere and the culture. Late lunch, late dinner, snacks in between such as pintxos and vermouth at different bars around the area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The professionalism of the staff made my overnight in Bilbao a great experience. I worry other hotels may be disappointing by comparison.
