A damage deposit of SAR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Minimum age allowed to enter the pool is 16 years old. Children five years old and below eat free and children between six and twelve are entitled for 50% off. Note that last minutes bookings check-in will be after two hours. Please note that any credit card used for either payment or charges onsite must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be present for verification upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.

According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room.
