Please inform Zaha Taiba Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of SAR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 1- Please note that non-Muslims cannot enter the cities of Mecca and Medina without special permission from the government. 2- This hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations that have not been confirmed after 8 pm on the day of arrival. 3- Please note that “Ramadan Iftar” will be served instead of morning breakfast, during the holy month of Ramadan.

Non-Muslims may enter Medina, but must keep distance from the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi. Please note to check with hotelif they accept non-muslim guests. As per the directives of the Tourism Ministry In Saudi Arabia, the Official Checkin time in Makkah and Madinah officially starts from 6pm onwards therefore the Hotel Check-in time may vary and kept at the discretion of the Hotel. According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room.
