Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. For fully vaccinated guests kindly present your full vaccination card upon check-in. Non-vaccinated guests requires an antigen or RTPCR conducted 72 hours prior check-in.
