UNSAFE ROOM AND NO REFUND!
As soon as we arrived in the hotel room (Hotel ANEZI TOWER in Agadir), we discovered a blood stain under and on the bed, huge urine stains on the mattress! Dirt and mould on the bed bases and curtains. And so on...
We got a second room after reporting this unhygienic condition. But the latter was in similar condition to the first!
We decided to leave the hotel and not to stay as planned (11 nights) but only 1 night.
Despite our claims with the hotel and the agency, we could not be reimbursed by any of these brands! (Loss of more than 900€!)
Go Voyages on the pretext that the responsibility belongs to the supplier and does not help the customer in any way.
TO BE AVOIDED TOTALLY! (Agence GO VOYAGES & HOTEL ANEZI TOWER)

Don’t stay here
Biggest thing was money was stolen from my room during our stay here and the hotel have done nothing about it. I was told they would contact the police and get back to me but it has been radio silence and now I have no idea how to get in contact with them.
Stay away from this hotel

Avoid at all costs, I’m a regular budget traveller and would never go back here under any circumstances
- we stayed at the apartments
- photos did not match on the website, they are very run down, dark and just lacking love
- our neighbours had their aircon on all night and the outside fan system was outside our bedroom making it impossible to sleep, it sounded like it was going to explode at 1 point
- the beds are the most horrendous I’ve ever had to sleep on, I’m still paying for it now taking codeine, we tried to sleep on the sofa beds in the lounge same problem
- walls are so thin that we could hear the man next door coughing up every morning
- the cleaners were extremely loud, dragging chairs on the floors, having a chat outside our apartment. Let themselves in 3 times one morning despite me saying no not today
- kitchenette area had a horrible rusty fridge that sounded like it was going to explode
- the security of the place worried us as our neighbours shared a balcony and more than likely could have kicked our door through with minimal force
- unfortunately I became very unwell, I couldn’t leave the apartment and I wasn’t fit to fly so we had to book 2 extra nights, was charged £75 per night, was in utter sock seen as the state of the place. I wish I’d had been well enough to move hotels because being ill there is not what you want. In hindsight I should have taken a sick bucket with me in a taxi to go to a new place!
I mean if I was you I’d just avoid it completely, theres somethings you expect with 3 stars, but definitely don’t expect to have been staying in a random squat

Good, but still a potential
Although the pleasant staff at breakfast work like crazy to accommodate the guests, there are clearly too few of them. And the coffee machines are nice, but each cup takes too long when lots of guests are thirsty for coffee. Why not try to offer some ready made on heated cans?
We only had pleasant experiences with the staff, both in the restaurant, the coffee bar, by the pool and not least our floor host Obama.
Our room on the eighth floor was excellent, with its own separate control of the air conditioning and a decent bathroom.
