Very nice hotel, I really liked it when ever we came with a problem they would fix it fast, it was so peace full and relaxing would go again.

The only positive thing is the staff they are nice but everything else is terrible .

Pros: Beach was clean and gorgeous. The pool area was nice. Some staff were great. Cons: This resort was very dated. The food was not great and was not even served during the time we eat dinner (5/5/30) also we normally eat lunch at noon and all restaurants were closed from 12-1!
Our safe was broken. The shower was awful. It was difficult to find staff who spoke English. We couldn’t leave our son at the kids club because the staff member spoke zero English. I understand we are in Mexico but when there is a high amount of English speaking tourists you would expect there to be more people who could speak some English

When I made reservation, I was under the understanding I was going to have all inclusive access including all restaurants. When I arrived, my choices were only buffets.

Good location. Great Staff. Food was very good, not great after a couple of days it tasted the same. Great place for a family vacation. You can and they will give you all you want to drink.
