Great hotel on the Malecón, the sea view rooms are great. TV, air conditioning, and WiFi all work very well.
Very friendly staff and very clean too!!

Very out dated and smelled like chemicals. Toilet old. Shower and toilet didn’t work at some points. Definitely not a rating of 8.

With all the potential to be a good hotel, it was disappointing.

Careless rooms, lousy maintenance, the air conditioning was not good in one room, the bathroom was not good in another, the other had a smell of pipe, the last was the only functional but we had to sacrifice the view to the sea.
The showers had no doors, all the water came out when I bathed.
The restaurant with very variable quality in the preparation of its dishes.
Good location. I don't come back, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go unless they fix their hotel.
I understand that I paid an economical rate, but a functional air conditioning and a functional bathroom is indispensable in any beach hotel.

Good option to vacation

The hotel is fine complies with the contract, the beach club and the beach very well, the staff is good and friendly, the food the pizza is very good, the only bad thing but it is in general of the place they do not let you access food and drinks, but as I comment this is in general in all places in the area so it is not exclusive to the hotel

There were some aesthetic issues: paint job, rusting metal lamps etc. There was humidity on the ceiling from a leak and the smell of sewage in the bathroom is very strong. These all take away from the comfort. For the price, this should not be.
