Our stay at the hotel started off wonderfully. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was superb. While my husband checked in, a staff member surprised us with toys and stickers for our three kids and shared information about the amenities.
Our room offered a lovely view of the KL Tower. They could transform the sofa bed into regular bed.
Since we visited during Ramadan, we enjoyed sahur at Four Points Sheraton, which had a great menu.
However, we faced two significant issues. First, there was disruptive “rempit” (illegal motor racing) noise late at night, making it difficult to sleep. I finally understood why the hotel provided earplugs, as the noise only quieted down around 5 AM. It's concerning that the hotel hasn't addressed this issue with local authorities.
Second, I accidentally left my SK II Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser behind. My husband called to check if it was found, but we never received any follow-up, which left me upset.
While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, these incidents make us unsure about returning in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional hospitality. From the security guards to the front desk team and even the restaurant manager, everyone served us with a genuine smile, making us feel truly welcome at every turn.
The service and the food were nothing short of excellence—each meal was a culinary delight, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Dining here was one of the highlights of my stay.
My room was located in a peaceful corner of the hotel, offering a stunning view of the pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. To my surprise and delight, the room was decorated with a thoughtful birthday decoration, which added a personal and heartwarming touch to my stay.

Among the best Marriot's 5-stars hotel. Love the shared facilities of wet and dry delightful playing area for my little children's! My kids love the indoor kids' playing area, too! Renaissance room are notably spacious and clean. There's also a bathtub for warm me time showering. Such an exceptional hospitality with a great location to Klcc and Bukit Bintang. Tell me more about their variety breakfast. And crowd control during breakfast time was really good taken off. Overall, we were so happy with our awesome stays! Will definitely come back. 🥰

Best view with best pool ever

The room was spacious, and I got a free upgrade by the hotel. I really like the layout and size of the room. The view overlooking the pool... They made special decorations for my son's birthday celebrations with a special message for my son. The breakfast experience was not that good, but the food was great. I had some issues with the chef there, but overall I like the food there. I had an issue with my mobile key until my departure. Thanks to Mr. AFIF, Recreation Supervisor, for Best service received from him. Mr. Cody, the duty manager, patiently attended to my issues and arranged for the lunch at their restaurant, Evolution, and the head chef prepared a special amenity for my kids. I will definitely come back to stay again.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent resident's MY PR Card are exempted. There is a refurbishment project in progress at level 1 of the hotel effective May 20, 2024. During this period, there may be some noise disruptions, which we will endeavor to minimize.
