Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that if a minor is accompanied by an adult other than a parent, a written authorization must be given for check-in at the hotel. This authorization must be signed by both parents, authenticated and accompanied by certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All children under 18 years of age must also present a valid photo ID that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by them. If the minor is accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization must be presented and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the identity document.
