Decent Stay with family
We came for a short stay in Beirut and was advised to stay at the Phoenicia. It is indeed well located and walking distance from the souk and the marina. The stay was great but would of liked to see more Food and Beverage options as we were limited to Mosaic for breakfast and the lobby lounge. We had the chance to enjoy the evening buffet for Iftar which was very busy. We plan to come back in Summer again and hopefully the kids club will also be open.

Fantastic and best value for money. Phenomenal service and staff
Great hotel as always. Mr Naji is the best host ever! Look for him in the restaurant. Great Ramadan vibes and iftar. This is my sixth stay here. My go to hotel in Beirut. Walking distance to the gorgeous Zaitouna bay. The hotel pool and spa are phenomenal experience

A perfect experience
My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The service is top-notch, with every detail carefully thought out. The staff is highly professional, kind, and always ready to meet every need with exceptional attention. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, who were outstanding in their service, and the breakfast, which was truly excellent. It’s clear that the entire team is guided by a manager who is equally attentive and skilled.

Nice Stay
I had the chance to travel to Beirut last month and stay at the Phoenicia Intercontinental hotel. I had heard a lot about the property and was told that you must experience it at least once in your life especially if you travel to Beirut. I was pleased with the overall public areas as being myself an architect I could see that there had been a lot of thoughts behind the designs and volumes. I was disappointed by the fact that there were no speciality restaurant but maybe this was due to low season. Rooms were spacious and tired at the same time but was told by the front office manager that renovations were on the way. If you book ensure you have a high floor facing the Marina with a great view on the sea.
