Very nice natural environment, good dining service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location from the airport, though shuttle bus is limited.

Honestly, I'm not sure if it's good or bad.

I stayed the day before playing golf in Nidom. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's good or bad, so this is my assessment. Hospitality is good, but one is missing now, and the lodge is stylish but old is undeniable. I realized I had forgotten my hat when I started playing golf, and despite all the details I contacted, I couldn't find it, and on my way home I checked it again. I wonder where they were looking. Too bad he was so kind. The lodge is very fashionable, but it is undeniably old, with its outlet arrangement, facilities and WiFi. Too bad because there were so many amenities. The public baths were also a bit small for a large bath. I think it was new when Bernstein used it as a regular inn, but I think it would be a great hotel once it was there.

Absolutely satisfied by their hospitality and services

I went on a solo trip and found the hospitality excellent. I enjoyed the mesmerising views and the surroundings of the area.
I was impressed by many things but most of all their hospitality and service. I highly recommend this place to those who seek a peaceful spot.

The perfect summer getaway to enjoy Hokkaido's nature

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by deer, and in the morning a squirrel appeared in front of the lodge. This is the best hotel where you can casually experience the magnificent nature of Hokkaido.
The lodge is solidly built, the interior is natural and cute, and the soft indirect lighting is soothing. Even in summer, the room was cool, so we were able to sleep soundly until morning without using the air conditioner.
The most recommended thing is the delicious food. Both the Genghis Khan and the Japanese breakfast set meal were sprinkled with ingredients from Hokkaido, and I think they used high-quality ingredients that can only be found at Nidom. It was so delicious that my husband and I are looking forward to the food and are talking about coming back next year.
